Acquisition of the land

The land for the future B&SR RR Museum was purchased with a mortgage which is paid entirely by the B&SR Executive Board. No donation funds are or were used to acquire the land and pay the monthly mortgage, only funds from the E-board dues are used.

Existing Conditions Site plan

The currently existing site map and soil conditions map was paid for using $1,403 in land-campaign donations and $2,267 in personal funds from E-board members

Schematic Design Phase
